Accessible by design
Bespoke accessibility controls give visitors practical ways to adapt the website around their visual and reading needs.
Ecommerce website · Accessible design
An inclusive personal styling platform combining professional services, ongoing memberships and accessible digital design.
The brief
Build a fashion-led website that makes expert personal styling accessible, flexible and commercially sustainable.
Tilly wanted an ecommerce website that could do more than introduce her personal styling services. It needed to become an active part of the business, allowing clients to choose ongoing support through one of two membership options and pay securely online.
As a stylist who is partially blind, Tilly also brought an important lived perspective to the project. Accessibility could not be treated as an afterthought or a generic add-on. It needed to be visible, useful and integrated into the experience.
Vimana Digital brought these requirements together within one polished ecommerce platform: professional styling services, colour analysis, recurring memberships, Stripe payments and the bespoke accessibility feature originally developed for the Notts County Foundation website.
One connected platform
Every part of the website supports a clear business goal while keeping the experience personal and straightforward for Tilly's clients.
Bespoke accessibility controls give visitors practical ways to adapt the website around their visual and reading needs.
Two membership options turn Tilly's expertise into an ongoing service rather than limiting the business to one-off appointments.
Stripe is connected directly to the website, creating a secure and convenient route from membership selection to payment.
Membership platform
The membership area extends Tilly's service beyond a single consultation. Visitors can compare two ongoing membership options, select the level of support that suits them and complete payment through the website.
Colour analysis
The colour analysis section turns a visual and highly personal service into a clear online journey. Carefully structured content explains the value of the service and helps potential clients understand what they can expect before making contact.
The design gives Tilly's expertise room to shine while keeping the layout calm, elegant and easy to navigate.
Bespoke accessibility
Tilly's partial sight made accessibility especially meaningful within this project. We implemented the same bespoke feature developed for Notts County Foundation, giving visitors control over the way content is displayed without relying on a subscription-based third-party widget.
The tools support adjustments such as contrast, text size and spacing, link highlighting, reading assistance, font choices and other visual preferences.
Responsive experience
The responsive experience keeps Tilly's services, memberships and accessibility controls clear across mobile devices. Visitors can explore her approach, compare ongoing support and take the next step wherever they are.
The outcome
The finished ecommerce platform supports one-off styling services and recurring memberships, takes payments securely online and makes accessibility an authentic part of the brand experience.
