Web Design
Websites that look right, load fast and bring in enquiries. Most are built on WordPress; all are built mobile-first, to pass Google's Core Web Vitals, and with the content structured so search engines and AI answers can read it. Small business sites from around £1,000; medium and larger sites £3,000–£6,000; typically live in one to three weeks once content is agreed.
Bespoke builds in PHP, Laravel, React/Next.js and Node.js for when the job is a system, not just a site: customer portals, booking engines, calculators, trade accounts and custom content management. Complex and bespoke projects start from £5,000 and typically take four to eight weeks for a first release.
Marketing that is measured in enquiries, not impressions. We report monthly in plain English, including the clicks Google now sends from AI Overviews, and we do not tie you into long contracts. Local SEO from £400 a month; national SEO £1,000–£4,000 a month; global campaigns typically £5,000–£10,000 a month.
Practical AI that removes a specific job from a specific person's day, with a human still approving anything that matters. The purchase-order agent we built for Webro reads emailed PDFs, matches part numbers and prepares the quote; up to 48 hours of manual work now takes around two minutes. It was delivered in three weeks. Pricing is per project; UK vendors quote from a few hundred pounds for a simple workflow to five figures for multi-system agents (vendor benchmarks, 2026).
Native apps for iPhone and Android: Swift and SwiftUI for iOS, Kotlin and Jetpack Compose for Android, with the backend and the store submissions handled too. A first release typically takes 8–16 weeks. UK agencies quote roughly £10,000–£25,000 for a minimum viable app and £25,000–£60,000 with a full backend (Magora, August 2026). Recent work includes the VetaHub app and the R&R Properties app, currently in development.
Bespoke business software when the off-the-shelf tool makes you work its way. Built in Laravel, Node.js and React, hosted on AWS or Azure, and owned by you. Simple tools go live in three to six weeks; a first usable CRM or portal release usually takes six to twelve weeks. Pricing is fixed after a short discovery phase; UK agencies publish £8,000–£35,000 for a focused team CRM and £3,000–£50,000 for a custom CMS (Softomate, Magora, Intelivita, 2026).
Glass Verandas UK's site was structured around how people search before a line of code was written, then a national SEO campaign followed; it now brings in enquiries every day. Bradgate Financial Solutions was rebuilt in bespoke PHP so its content had room to grow, and that content is now quoted inside Google's AI Overview for a Leicester mortgage search. Website + bespoke software + accessibility
Notts County Foundation chose us from several agencies' proposals because one team could deliver the WCAG 2.2 website, the CRM and the donation software as one build. The bespoke donation journey and accessibility widget also cut its reliance on paid plugins and overlays. Notts County Foundation →
Software + AI
Webro's AI agent only works because it was built as software first: email intake, PDF extraction, part-number matching, then a human approval screen. The AI is one step in a workflow, not the whole product. Webro →
A joined-up build also matters for search itself. Ofcom reports that around 30% of UK Google searches now show an AI Overview, and the ONS found that while 35% of larger UK businesses use some AI, most use it to generate text rather than to automate a process. That gap is the opportunity: a website, marketing and systems planned together are easier for both customers and AI tools to understand.

Questionsabout ourservices
Not covered here? Call and ask. We reply within 24 hours.
Can I use just one service, or do I have to buy a package?
You can use one service on its own. Plenty of clients come to us only for SEO on a site someone else built, or only for a website with no marketing. We will suggest combinations where they genuinely help, explain why, and leave the decision with you. Nothing is bundled by default.
Do you work with my existing website or do I have to start again?
We work with existing sites wherever that is sensible. We will audit what you have, tell you honestly whether it is worth keeping, and quote for fixes if it is. If it is holding you back because it is slow, insecure or impossible to edit, we will say so, with a migration plan that protects your rankings.
What is the difference between web design and web development?
Web design covers the sites most businesses need, such as brochure sites and online shops, usually on WordPress, priced from around £1,000. Web development is bespoke programming for things a template cannot do: portals, calculators, booking systems, custom management screens. Development projects start from £5,000 because we are building the functionality rather than configuring it.
Should I do SEO or Google Ads first?
If you need enquiries this month, start with Google Ads: it works from day one and you control the spend. If you want enquiries that keep coming without a monthly ad bill, start SEO now, because it takes three to six months to gain traction. Many clients run both for a while, then taper the ads.
What kind of business is AI automation actually useful for?
Any business where someone retypes, copies or checks the same information every day: orders from emails, enquiries into a CRM, invoices into accounts, documents matched against a price list. Webro's purchase-order agent is a typical example. If we cannot find a task worth automating, we will tell you rather than build something clever and useless.
How much does it all cost, and do you publish prices?
Websites start from around £1,000, hosting from £120 a year, management from £50 a month (paid annually) and local SEO from £400 a month; these are published on the site. Apps, software, AI and paid-ads management are quoted per project, and the pricing table above shows typical UK ranges so you can budget before we talk.
Do you outsource any of the work?
No, our core team does everything. Projects are led by Amit, who stays your point of contact throughout, and you will always know who is working on your project and how to reach them.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Website management from £50 a month (paid annually) covers updates, backups, security and small changes, and hosting is from £120 a year. For apps and software we agree a support arrangement before launch. None of these are compulsory, and you can stop them with notice without losing access to anything.
