A free SEO audit is a short expert review of your website that identifies the main reasons it isn't ranking or converting. Vimana Digital's free audit is done by hand on your key pages, covers technical health, content and local signals, and is sent as a plain-English summary by the end of the next working day, with no obligation.
What's in your free website SEO audit
The three biggest issueson your site, in order of how much they are likely to cost you in enquiries, each explained in one plain paragraph
A speed check against Google's real thresholdswhether your pages load in under 2.5 seconds and respond to taps within 200 milliseconds on real visitors' devices
A ranking snapshotfor the handful of searches your business should appear for, and where you actually show up
A Google Business Profile check if you serve a local areacategories, hours, reviews and whether your address matches your site
One quick winyou or your web developer can do this week without paying anyone
An honest verdictfix, rebuild or leave alone, and whether SEO is worth your money right now
What it isn't: a full crawl of every page, a backlink audit or a competitor benchmark. That's the paid in-depth SEO audit, and we'll only suggest it if your site genuinely needs it.
What we check in a free SEO analysis
Can Google crawl and index the site? Blocked pages, missing sitemaps, redirect problems
Is each key page targeting one clear search term, or are several pages fighting for the same one?
Does the homepage say what you do and where, in the first screen, in words a customer would search?
Mobile layout, tap targets and whether phone numbers are tappable
Title tags and meta descriptions on the pages that matter commercially
Contact routes: is there a form, a visible phone number and a reason to get in touch?
Whether searches for your services now show Google AI Overviews, and if your pages are written in a way an AI answer could quote

Why a free website health check matters more than it used to
58%
Rankings no longer tell you what's happening
58%
Rankings no longer tell you what's happening
When a Google AI Overview appears, the top organic result gets 58% fewer clicks than it did two years earlier (Ahrefs, 300,000 keywords, February 2026). Around 30% of UK Google searches now show one (Ofcom, Online Nation 2025). A site that "ranks fine" can still be losing half its visitors; the audit tells you whether yours is.
2.5 seconds
Speed is judged on your real visitors
Google's Core Web Vitals thresholds, 2.5 seconds to load the main content, 200 milliseconds to respond to a tap and minimal layout shifting, are measured at the 75th percentile of actual visits (web.dev, Google). Most owners have only ever seen a lab score.
Nobody can promise you page one
Google's own guidance on hiring an SEO (updated June 2026) states that "no one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google" and warns against secrecy and link schemes. A free audit from us is the opposite: everything we find, you get in writing, whether or not you hire us.

Free SEO auditquestions,answered
Not covered here? Call and ask. We reply within 24 hours.
Yes. There is no charge, no card details and no obligation. You get the findings in writing whether or not you ever speak to us again. We offer it because most people who read an honest audit of their site want help with at least part of it, and some of them choose us.
What do I need to send for a free website SEO audit?
Just your website address, your name and a way to reach you. Telling us your main services and the area you cover helps us check the right searches. If you can grant read-only Google Search Console access, the audit will be more precise, but it isn't required.
How long does the free SEO audit take?
You'll have it by the end of the next working day . The review itself takes an experienced person around half an hour ; the rest is writing it up so it makes sense without jargon. Larger sites may take an extra day.
Is this an automated SEO report?
No. Tools generate a score and a long list of "errors", most of which don't matter. Amit looks at your site, your searches and your competitors by hand and tells you the three things worth acting on. Tools are used for data; the judgement is human.
What's the difference between the free audit and the paid SEO audit?
The free audit reviews your key pages and names the biggest problems. The paid SEO audit crawls every page, benchmarks competitors, reviews backlinks and delivers a prioritised fix list your developer can work from. Start free; we'll tell you honestly if the full version is worth it.
Will you try to sell me something afterwards?
Only if you ask. The audit arrives by email with an offer of a 20-minute call; if you don't book one, we don't chase. If you take the findings to your existing developer and fix things yourselves, that's a perfectly good outcome.
Does the free audit cover local SEO and Google Business Profile?
Yes, if you serve a local area. We check your categories, services, hours, address consistency and review count, because Google ranks local results on relevance, distance and prominence. The findings go in the same summary, and deeper work sits under our local SEO service from £400 a month. Prices exclude VAT.
Can you audit a website you didn't build?
Yes. The site doesn't need to be one of ours. WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, bespoke code: the checks are the same. If the site was built by another agency, we report what we find without comment on who built it; the point is what to fix, not who to blame.
