A brief overview of our work for Spice Cube Restaurant in Loughborough to replace an existing non responsive website.
Spice Cube is an Indian restaurant based in Loughborough, Leicestershire with customers booking from miles around. They had a website which had become unresponsive with today’s mobile technology, therefore becoming difficult to work with to update menus and imagery etc.
The previous website had become completely irrelevant as menus had been updated which also meant food imagery was also out of date with some dishes no longer being served but still on the old website.
We offered to build a new website for them including additional features to bring them bang up to date. We would need to arrange photography of the restaurant and the food, create and display menus, showcase the iOS and Android booking App and make booking a table as simple as possible.
Before we make a new website we want to consolidate as much content as possible. For Spice Cube we offered several services aside from website development. We updated all imagery with our on site product photography service. The website was built in WordPress with a white space clear design layout. A WhatsApp feature was put in to give customers a quick enquiry option.
You will notice across the websites we design and develop that all imagery is clear. For Spice Cube we arranged a product photography shoot to capture imagery of a selection of dishes. These were used across the website and in the gallery, additionally they are used for social media.
We offer a copywriting service for any industry, from financial services to furniture sales and anything else you can think of. We worked with Bradgate Financial Services to have all copywriting compliant in the industry while also being easy to read and understand.
Spice Cube is a restaurant and takeaway business delivering to customers near to Mountsorrel in Loughborough. The App is designed for users to download and make it easy for them to place orders so this needed to be clear on the homepage. The website overall is easy to navigate, has bespoke imagery, well presented to give a welcoming feeling. The colour palette is based on their logo, overall giving a friendly, approachable and trustworthy journey for the user.
