Why businesses choose us, and stay

  • Honest advice.

We recommend what the project needs, not what makes the proposal bigger.

  • You own your website.

Domain, hosting and content stay in your name, the design and code are assigned to you on final payment, and you can take it all with you if you leave.

  • Speed.

Straightforward websites typically go live in one to three weeks once content is agreed. Reviews mention call-backs “within minutes”.

  • One point of contact.

Design, development, marketing and AI are planned together, so nothing falls between suppliers.

  • Plain English.

Reviews say it repeatedly: no jargon, no pushiness, patience with people who are not technical.

  • Published prices.

Website, hosting, management and SEO prices are on the site.

Three things that changed recently, and why they argue for one team.

30%

of UK Google searches show an AI Overview

Search now answers before it links.

Ofcom's Online Nation 2025 found that around 30% of UK Google searches show an AI Overview, and ChatGPT had 1.8 billion UK visits between January and August 2025, up from 368 million in 2024. Being cited inside those answers depends on how the site is written and structured, so it pays when the people who build the site also do the SEO. Bradgate Financial Solutions shows it: a bespoke build planned for search, now quoted inside Google's AI Overview.

35%

of UK firms with ten or more staff use AI

Most firms use AI; few have automated anything.

The ONS reported in July 2026 that 35% of UK businesses with ten or more staff used at least one AI technology, up from around 12% in 2023. But the most common use was generating text (18%); only 12% used machine learning to process data. Plenty of firms have ChatGPT open in a tab and still do the repetitive work by hand. Moving from “using AI” to “automating a process” is a development job, which is why we treat AI as part of software, not a bolt-on.

78%

of UK businesses now have a website

Having a website is no longer the edge.

The government's UK Business Data Survey 2026 found 78% of UK businesses now have one, including 84% of micro-businesses. What stands out now is a site that loads fast, answers questions clearly and is kept up to date. On that last point, Patchstack logged 11,334 new WordPress-ecosystem vulnerabilities in 2025, 91% of them in plugins. That is why we code core features ourselves where it matters and offer management from £50 a month (paid annually).

What does Vimana Digital do?

Vimana Digital designs and builds websites, mobile apps and bespoke software, then grows them with SEO, paid advertising and AI automation. Projects are led by founder Amit Saini from The Long Eaton Hub in Nottingham. Clients range from sole traders to charities and manufacturers, across the East Midlands and the rest of the UK.

Where is Vimana Digital based?

Our office is at The Long Eaton Hub, 1 Union Street, Long Eaton, Nottingham NG10 1HH, between Nottingham and Derby. We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm. Visitors are welcome by appointment, and we travel to clients across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire. We also work with clients across the UK and overseas.

How much does a website cost?

A small business website starts from around £1,000. Medium and larger sites, including most ecommerce stores, cost £3,000 to £6,000. Complex or fully bespoke platforms start from £5,000 and are quoted individually. Hosting is from £120 a year with SSL included, and optional website management is £50 a month, paid annually.

How long does it take to build a website?

A straightforward website usually goes live within one to three weeks once the content is agreed. Ecommerce and bespoke builds typically take four to eight weeks. The biggest cause of delay on any project is waiting for text and images, so we help with copy and photography where needed to keep things moving.

Can you fix an existing website quickly?

Usually, yes. One client's theme broke 48 hours before launch; we met on a Saturday and had a new site live within three days. Another had Amit in his office 59 minutes after first making contact. Call 0115 647 0444, describe the problem, and we will tell you honestly what it will take.

Do I own my website when it is finished?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name and you receive full admin access. Under UK copyright law the creator owns code by default, so ownership has to be assigned to you in writing; our contract does this on final payment. You can move to another provider whenever you like.

Do you tie clients into long contracts?

No. Websites are a one-off project. Hosting, management and SEO are rolling services you can stop with notice. Google itself says no one can guarantee a number-one ranking, so we never ask you to sign a long agreement on the strength of a promise. Clients stay because results arrive, not because a contract says so.

How do I get started?

Call 0115 647 0444, email contact@vimanadigital.com or send the short form on our contact page. We will reply within 24 hours with a few questions, then suggest a free 20-minute call. After that you get a written proposal with the price and timeline, and nothing is committed until you say so.
